Directions:

From Washington, D.C. Area:	Take Route 267 (Greenway Toll Road) to Leesburg and Exit to Rt.7 WEST towards Winchester. Travel approx. 30 minutes over Blue Ridge Mountains and then over Shenandoah River. Take 2nd right off  Rt. 7 W to Rt.612 also called Shepherds  Mill Rd. Travel approx. 3.5 miles and look for approx. l4 mailboxes on road by a small gravel private road called Chestnut Lane. Turn right and proceed slowly on gravel to Hestelund no. 600 Chestnut Lane. The manor house is located on the right side and the farm  name and number in the driveway. Welcome.
From Baltimore Area:	Take Route 270 EAST towards Hagerstown, MD and take Rt. 340 towards Frederick, MD. Head towards Charles Town, W.VA. The route will turn south with a right exit towards Berryville, VA. After driving through a small town of Rippon, look for a large blue and white Welcome to Virginia sign in front of a few large pine trees. Pull over to the extreme left lane and turn left at Rt. 612 also called Shepherds Mill Rd. (If you come to Rt 623, turn around and make a right at Rt 612.)Travel one mile to small private gravel road called Chestnut Lane. Turn left and proceed slowly on gravel to Hestelund no.600 Chestnut Lane. The manor house is located on the right side and the farm name and number in the driveway. Welcome.
From I-81 North or South:	Exit 315 traveling north or south at Winchester/Berryville off Interstate 81 Travel on Rt. 7 EAST towards Berryville, VA. Take 2nd Berryville exit which also says Rt. 340 Berryville/ Charles Town. Turn left (north) and travel approx. 5 miles. Look for last exit in Virginia -Rt. 612 also called  Shepherds  Mill Rd. (the route nos. do not run in order.) Turn right and travel one mile to a small private gravel road called Chestnut Lane. Turn left and proceed slowly on the gravel to Hestelund no. 600 Chestnut Lane. The manor house is located on the right side and the farm name and number in the driveway. Welcome
